About Us

MCC Ltd has been supporting clients for over 10 years, with a team of medical and industry professionals who bring extensive experience. Our work is trusted and well regarded by those we work with. Our medical chronology service is clinician-led, with all chronologies prepared by experienced doctors, nurses and midwives, each with a minimum of 10 years' clinical experience across a range of clinical specialisms. Our team has a proven track record, with all members trained in medico-legal sorting and reporting. Each case is assigned a dedicated case manager who will oversee your case from start to finish, providing you with a consistent point of contact throughout.

We are dynamic, ambitious and committed to providing a responsive, transparent and approachable service, working with you to meet your costs and case requirements. Our team is available to provide advice and support when needed, with a two-hour response time to queries to help prevent unnecessary delays in proceedings. We are also available outside normal working hours, ensuring you have access to our service when required.

Our fees are completely transparent. We offer competitive rates and are always open to working with you to establish payment terms that align with your business requirements.

Our chronologies and summaries are innovative and have been designed by MCC to produce a workable document that gives you what you need at your fingertips. Examples provided upon request.

‍£47.25 per hour plus VAT for Index and Pagination.

‍£57.75 per hour plus VAT for provision of a chronology, summary and identification of missing records.

Payable within 30 days of invoice date, unless otherwise stated.

Deferred fee rates of 2 years are available subject to terms and conditions.

Example 1: Index and Collation Only

1 x lever arch file is estimated to be 400 pages equivalent to 2 hours work = £94.50 plus VAT. All blanks and duplicates removed.

Example 2: Index and Collation with Chronology

1 x lever arch file is estimated to be 400 pages equivalent to 2 hours work = £94.50 plus VAT. Plus hourly fee of £57.75 plus VAT for chronological analysis, summary and identification of missing records.

ROLE – Medico-Legal Analysts

To review pre-collated medical records. To provide a chronology of relevant events, highlight missing or illegible records and comment on salient points relevant to the medical negligence/personal injury claim. You will be required to adhere to MCC Ltd’s operational policies including data protection, confidentiality and anti-bribery.

‍QUALIFICATIONS Appropriate professional registration required (NMC or GMC). Minimum 10 years' clinical experience. Strong analytical skills. Computer literate. Able to consistently meet targets and deadlines.
