Those who prepare your chronologies now include: A dual qualified LLB/Midwife Nurse, a former in house nurse with medical screening experience, midwives who specialise in paediatric care, a retired GP, a senior practising obstetric registrar, an expert nurse witness, a medical media consultant, and a number of nurses with over 20 years NHS experience. • Happy New Year!

Will things change due to the ever ongoing uncertainty over costs in clinical negligence cases? We are prepared! As we demonstrated to our clients in 2016 we will be flexible, approachable and transparent in providing a medical record collation service. We will endeavour to work alongside our clients’ individual business strategies to cope with any foreseeable change. We look forward to continued growth, new team members and catching up with everyone at the forthcoming conferences.

About us

All our chronologies are prepared by nurses and midwives with a minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a variety of areas. Our team has a proven track records and have all been trained in medico-legal sorting and reporting.

Each case will be assigned a dedicated case manager, who will deal with your case from start to finish, giving you a permanent point of contact throughout.

We are dynamic, ambitious and dedicated to assisting you in meeting your cost and case duration targets. We are genuine, approachable and here to advise when you need us…our response time to any query is 2 hours to prevent any delays in proceedings. We are available outside of normal working hours to ensure you have access to our service at all times.

All those who prepare the chronologies are either Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registered, members of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), Qualified Nurses or Qualified Midwives and we would be delighted to send you their pins for the NMC link or CVs and examples of work for your perusal. Our nurses share our ethos and are aware of your challenges and how best to support you.

Rather than read about us, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you so you can be assured that our company’s values echo your own and to meet the people behind MCC Ltd.
